We have local warehouses in the United States and Europe, North American orders will be shipped from the U.S. warehouse, European orders will be shipped from Germany or Italy, all packages will arrive at the customer in 3-10 days after shipment. We offer several shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. The shipping options and estimated delivery dates will be provided during the checkout process.


2. Order Processing Time:

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


3. Shipping Rates:

For orders over $100, we offer free shipping.


5. International Shipping:

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary. Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Australia (excluding islands and remote areas).

Refund Policy:
